Beer enthusiasts, take note: exciting times ahead in Birmingham! This summer will see the inaugural year of Beer Bazaar Brum, Birmingham’s next generation craft beer festival, premiering August 17th – 19th at an exciting new venue central to the Second City.
Beer Bazaar Brum is set to be the highlight of a great summer of beer for Birmingham. Set right in the centre of the city, the event will feature more than 100 different beers from the UK’s leading craft brewers. Quality, independently brewed beer is the name of the game. There will be a large cask ale bar with some of the country’s highest quality traditional ales on sale, with the rest of the festival to display a plethora of the most cutting edge craft beers from these shores and further afield. Catering for those who want to take home some of the rarest beers they can find will be a fully stocked bottle bar with some of the most exciting beers available. Across the festival, expect to see new brews, one-offs and collaborations, and anything downright sexy.
Already signed up to present their finest brews are local heavy hitters Fixed Wheel Brewery, Twisted Barrel and Green Duck, with newcomers Burning Soul ready to show off their stock. Joining them will be local street food extraordinaire Andy’s Low ‘N’ Slow, and there will be a dedicated bottle bar run by Digbeth natives Clink Beer. Many more breweries, food vendors and other sellers are to be announced very shortly. This will truly be a modern bazaar.
